    • Delivery to Retailers: Returned items are transported and delivered to the designated retailer's return center or warehouse.

  2. Scheduling and Logistics

    • Appointment Booking: Schedule pick-ups exclusively through our web app for convenience.

    • Pick-Up Window: You will receive a specific time window for pick-up and notifications throughout the process.

    • Tracking and Updates: Stay informed with real-time updates on your return status via our tracking system.

  3. Customer Responsibilities

    • Ease of Use: Simply hand your package to our driver or leave it at a designated area which you have notified us about.

    • Accuracy of Information: Provide accurate address and contact details to facilitate seamless pick-up and communication.

  4. Cancellation Policy

    • If you decide to cancel your scheduled SendBack return pickup, you will receive a full refund if done prior to the driver being in route to your location.

  5. Delivery, Redelivery, and Undeliverable Packages

    • In the event of an undeliverable package, arrangements may be made for redelivery or retrieval at a SendBack distribution center or specified location. Please note a fee may apply if the retailer rejects your return package, because it is outside of the return window.

  6. Fees and Charges

    • Service Fee: A nominal fee may apply for each pick-up, varying based on location and volume of items.

    • Additional Charges: Extra charges may occur for special handling or remote location pick-ups.

  7. Refund and Cancellation

    • Refunds: If you decide to cancel your scheduled SendBack return pickup, you will receive a full refund if done prior to the driver being in route to your location.

  8. Liability and Insurance

    • Liability: While we handle items with care, customers are responsible for proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.

    • Insurance: Check with your retailer for return shipping insurance coverage.

Restricted Items on SendBack

SendBack adheres to strict guidelines for the acceptance and handling of items to ensure legal compliance and uphold our commitment to delivering a high-quality service experience. The following list provides examples of restricted items, though it is not exhaustive. SendBack reserves the right to update this list at its discretion and may refuse delivery of any items deemed unsafe or inappropriate:

  • People, wildlife, animals, or remains/parts

  • Illegal items or stolen goods

  • Fireworks, explosives, firearms, weaponry, ammunition, and related parts

  • Items promoting violent or illegal activities

  • Sexually explicit or obscene adult items or materials

  • Alcohol (without a signed addendum)

  • Tobacco/vape products

  • Prescription medicines

  • CBD products

  • Recreational drugs or drug paraphernalia (including cannabis products, Kratom, or inhalants like nitrous oxide)

  • Individual items exceeding 50 lbs

  • Items prohibited for delivery without a permit or license under local laws

  • Hazardous materials, except ORM-D or limited quantity shipments that are also Consumer Commodities and do not require placarding

  • Money, gift cards, lottery tickets, or transferable securities

  • Raw meats or shellfish (excluding grocery partners)

  • Endangered animal or wildlife products (e.g., ivory, rhino horn, bushmeat)

  • Items promoting hate or terrorist groups

  • Products making specific medical claims

  • Counterfeit products

  • Items perceived as threatening, obscene, harassing, inappropriate, or violating any SendBack terms or policies
