Overview

This policy explains what information SendBack collects through this website, how that information is used, and how you can contact us about it. It applies to this website only.

Information you provide

We only receive personal information from this website when you choose to submit it through one of our forms:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, company or organization, inquiry type, your message, and optionally your role/title, company website, and an optional follow-up answer related to your inquiry type.
  • SendBack Fit Assessment: the responses you select or enter about your company, commerce and returns stack, fulfillment model, return volume, and current challenges, together with the contact details you provide.
  • Newsletter signup: your email address and, optionally, your first name and company.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking, or third-party marketing pixels. Standard technical information (such as your browser request data) may be processed by our hosting provider in order to serve the site securely.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry or assessment submission.
  • To schedule and prepare for conversations you request.
  • To send the newsletter, if you subscribed to it.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve this website.

Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to marketing email. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to operate this website and communicate with you:

  • A managed cloud hosting and database platform, which stores form submissions.
  • An email delivery service used to notify our team of new inquiries and, where applicable, to send the newsletter.
  • Calendly, used for scheduling. When you click a scheduling link you leave this site and Calendly's own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.

Data security

Submissions are stored in access-controlled systems, and our forms are not designed to collect credentials, API keys, or your customers' data — please don't send those to us. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and assessment submissions for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of the conversation, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted through this website. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in the email.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website changes. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
